We want you to love your WYSE London pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are returned in their original condition with tags attached and in their original packaging.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a suitable alternative, ensuring the return form is included inside the package.
Attach the Label
Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel, covering any old delivery labels.
Drop Off & Track
Take your package to your nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been processed.
